A twitter user yesterday shared photos of LASTMA official being beaten by workers in an area in Ikorodu, Lagos state.
He said the LASTMA official was trying to arrest a man who he said broke traffic rules, but the driver refused to stop and quickly drove into the premises of the company where he worked.
The LASTMA official followed the driver into the premises, started an argument with him and his colleagues and they descended on him after he refused to leave.
The twitter user said passers-by came to the LASTMA official rescue.
