Manny Pacquiao Faces Multi-Million Dollar Lawsuit.

Manny Pacquiao is currently facing a multi-million dollar lawsuit for not disclosing his shoulder injury before the fight with Floyd Mayweather.
According to ESPN, two  boxing fansStephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran Shave filed a class-action lawsuit against the Filipino for failing to disclose a shoulder injury before his defeat by Floyd Mayweather.
The shoulder injury was revealed after the fight with Mayweather as the Filipino blamed the defeat on it.

Now ESPN reports that Vanel and Rahbaran are suing the Filipino on behalf of 'all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event'.
They are seeking $5m (almost N1b) from the boxer, his manager and promoters for concealing the injury which they think is fraud.
'Defendants prior to and at the time the plaintiffs and the class decided to purchase tickets; purchase pay per view showings or wagered on the event the defendants knew and had full knowledge and information that defendant Pacquiao had been seriously injured and was suffering from a torn rotator cuff," the lawsuit states.
"Defendants further know that such injury would severely affect his performance."
Pacquiao had signed a pre-fight questionnaire from authorities but did not reveal the injury in the form.
Daily Mail obtained a copy of the form in which Pacquiao answered 'No' to the question 'Have you had any injury to your shoulders, elbows, or hands that needed evaluation or examination?.
He however revealed in the form that he had been taking pain-killers prior to the fight.
Top Rank who is the fight promoters have however branded the lawsuit 'false' revealing that Pacquiao disclosed the injury to theUSADA before the fight.
"The allegations in this lawsuit are demonstrably false," Top Rank attorney Daniel Petrocelli told ESPN.
"There are documents that explicitly show the medications that Manny was using to treat his shoulder and it was fully disclosed with USADA, which we contracted for this fight.
"This is a frivolous lawsuit and we are confident it will be dismissed."
