Patience Jonathan Invokes “Holy Ghost Fire” | Says APC is Planning to Send her to Prison

First Lady Patience Jonathan on Wednesday at a campaign rally in Ibadan, Oyo State, stated that APC was planning to send her to prison, and invoked “Holy Ghost Fire” to prevail.

Pres. Goodluck Jonathan Promises to Liberate Gwoza, Borno State from Boko Haram by Friday



Jonathan made the promise while addressing a group of international election monitors in Abuja, Punch reports.
“We believe by tomorrow (Thursday) or latest Friday, we will be able to take over Gwoza. If we take over Gwoza it will not take us more than one week to clean up. Now Boko Haram is not in position to come out and disrupt elections,” he said.

Boko Haram insurgents have abducted over 400 women and children from Damasak town in Borno State.
Damasak is said to have been freed by by troops from Niger and Chad earlier this month.
Reuters reports that residents of the town confirmed the abduction.

Man Beheads VIO For Seizing His Cell Phone




The police in Ekiti have arrested a man, Wale Ede, 25, for allegedly beheading a 50-year-old Vehicle Inspection Officer and father of seven, Joshua Fagbola.


Fagbola, a patrol assistant with the Directorate of Road Traffic Service, otherwise known as the Vehicle Inspection Officer, in Ado Ekiti, met his untimely death at the wake of a relative on Friday at about 8pm in the Iro quarters of Iyin Ekiti, Ekiti State.
